It's March and it's warming up, so we played a funky latin disco vibe this week to get your hips moving and dial your focus to the summer times by the pool, on the beach and at the carnaval.....Harley the Cockerpoo was listening, maybe you should too.

Although the 29th February happens once every 4 years, FunkySX is playing 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and you'll find me each and every Thursday at 18.30 UK time (and the occasional cover show)......so fret not!  Enjoy this funky dance and disco show......for, it's all about the funky!

Having played a few disco focused shows of late it's nice to build you up with a funky house show full of dirty bass lines and naughty beats, and an abundance of piano breaks with classy vocals.  

I love all the sets I play, and this was no exception.  I'll definitely be listening back to this one, whether in the gym, on the slopes or just loud on my home speakers.....

Delfstein Disco Funky Lars is back in the house and bringing you the vibes to get your body moving and living your life like it's golden!  

Back on the radio and raring to go for the upcoming season.  Digging around those musical crates of funkiness and bringing you the awesome noises that make your feet tap, your head nod and your lips smile.....enjoy.

We've waited over a year to have him back into the FunkySX HQ, and it's been awesome to have Dan back behind our decks.  We had some time for a chat with the PioneerDJ extraordinaire, about his work, his own history and his plans for the future.  After we had a chat, Dan stepped up to the plates and played out some awesome tracksm both of his own making and some new music and edits by artists under his mentorship.  So good!

Angus McDonald and Paul Jannetta came to FunkySX for a chat about how they started, what they do, how they do it, and why they play what they play.......then they got on the decks and played a set for us too!!!!   Two brand new exclusive tracks that have never been played out (one of which was only finished the night before the show).
